Niacinamide, the amide form of niacin (Vitamin B3) can serve as a reliable precursor to NAD+. By raising the NAD:NADH ratio, Niacinamide supports improved glucose metabolism and energy production, and restrains the release of volatile free fatty acids into the bloodstream.

Niacinamide brings about the kinds of benefits associated with having a higher metabolic rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s best to limit the amount taken at a time to 100mg, unless advised by your health practitioner. For the purpose of raising NAD+, more that 100mg in one go can be counterproductive.
We also recommend several small doses a day, because being water-soluble, it has a short half-life in the body, perhaps only 4 hours, so topping this up frequently is ideal.

It’s best taken with food.

No. And this is another reason why Niacinamide is more beneficial; the flushing niacin can cause is not good; it’s liberating histamine and serotonin, which over time can cause inflammation. - refer to our Articles section for source

Cost Effective NAD Precursor

Like many folks, I researched NMN as a supplement and tried it with great results. After reading a post on the benefits of Niacinamide and its cost/benefit factor compared to NMN products, I decided to give Niacinamide a try. I'm finding it works as well as the typically far more expensive NMN supplements currently on the market. As a stand-alone product, you get to evaluate it without the addition of other supplements. In my own restore/maintenance program, being able to evaluate individual supplements is essential. Thank You Saturee for making this supplement available!

Noticing improvement in my cycle, skin, energy and exercise recovery.

I've been using this daily for about a month now & I love it! My energy and exercise recovery has improved immensely- I had fatigue from even walking now I can do longer walks without exhaustion. I also noticed that its helped my skin feel less inflamed and less irritated particularly by sun exposure even if its safe amount. My recent cycle I noticed my ovulatory window more distinct than usual which I was very happy with.
