Returns Policy

Saturee will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.

In this situation please contact info@saturee.com.au with photos and information that show the damage within 7 days of receiving the products.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.

Please note that Saturee do not offer refunds or returns in these situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Individual's negative reaction
  • Digestive issues

Although our ingredients are completely non-toxic and gentle we can’t assume responsibility for a personal skin or digestive reactions resulting from individual sensitivities. Please assess the ingredients closely before making your purchase to discern if this product is right for you.
