Important Notice for Our Middle Eastern and UK Customers
International shipping delays may occur due to disruptions affecting airspace in parts of the Middle East. As many airports in the region operate as major transit hubs, deliveries to other destinations, including parts of Europe, may also be impacted. Services to several countries in the Middle East and nearby regions are currently temporarily suspended, and items sent to and from the UK may also experience delays due to limited flight capacity and increased parcel volumes. Australia Post is monitoring the situation and working with airline partners to minimise disruptions.
Important Notice for Our US Customers
Effective August 29, 2025, due to recent changes in import tariff requirements outlined in US Executive Order 14324, the USD $800 exemption for low-value goods has been removed for both postal and commercial shipments. The total cost of importing goods into the US will now include the original value of the product along with the applicable tariff charge.

We offer shipping through Australia Post for all orders.
For all orders to Australia, spend $150 AUD and get free shipping.
For all worldwide orders, spend over $200 AUD and get free standard shipping.
Express options are also available.

Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost (with the exception of the US and territories). These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may need to check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Regulations and Restrictions:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized, damaged and/or destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
