This product works!!! It taste awful but the results are worth it! I use the recommended dose and everything comes out smoothly! I want to take daily but don't want to become dependent so I took 4 days then off I'll take during the times things aren't moving as they should! Highly recommend!

I've known about Saturee for a while, but put off purchasing the cascara despite using other brands regularly. I wish I would have bought it here sooner. It's so much better than anything else I've tried. My body and digestion feels a lot better after using this product. I like that you can control how much you use (versus a pill form that has a set amount). I pour 1.5 - 2 ounces of warm water in a small glass, use a measuring spoon to scoop out a tiny amount of cascara (like less than an 1/8 teaspoon), and stir. I drink it in one shot right before my last meal of the day. For me, it doesn't take much powder at all to produce a healthy bowel movement the next morning. This has come as a great relief after years of struggling with constipation and relying on harsher products. The taste is powerful at first, but now I don't even notice it. Overall, this is an extremely high quality product that I would recommend to anyone that is dealing with not being able to go on the regular. Thank you Saturee for doing it right!!
